Gluten Free Plum Sauce

10-12 small red plums
4 cloves garlic finely chopped
¼ cup minced onion
1 tbs grated fresh ginger
2 tbs GF soy sauce
½ tsp red chili sauce
Slice the plums in half and cut out the pits.
Chop the halves into chunks.
In a large saucepan, combine plum pieces and remaining ingredients.
Stir over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Pour mixture into a blender with about ½ cup of water or apple juice.
Puree until fairly smooth.
Store in a sealed jar in the fridge.
Keeps for about 6 weeks.
