1 pkg GF pasta (I prefer corn pasta)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
1 ½ cups grated cheddar
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup plain potato chips, crushed.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Brown the beef with the onions in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the tomatoes, turn off the heat and let stand.
Cook the pasta for ½ the recommended time.
Mix the pasta with the beef mixture and add the cheese.
Pour the resulting mixture into a casserole dish.
Beat the cream and egg together.
Pour egg mixture over casserole contents and top with 1 cup crushed plain chips.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
