Gluten Free Greek Pasta Salad

1 (550g) bag of corn fusili (or your favourite corn pasta)
1 medium red onion, diced
1 small cucumber peeled and sliced
1 tbs minced garlic
¼ cup sliced black olives
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup crumbled feta
1 tbs fresh chopped parsley
¼ cup Greek salad dressing (see below)

Cook the pasta according to directions.
Drain, rinse and allow to cool.
Place cooled pasta and remaining ingredients into a large bowl.
Mix well

Greek Salad Dressing
4 tbs lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tsp oregano
2/3 cup olive oil
Place all ingredients into a jar with a lid.
Shake until well blended.
